It is a rare opportunity to help shape the new keystone mental health teams as an integral part of the clinical team. Working alongside the lead clinician and colleagues in the team.Main duties of the jobYou will provide:A local point of access for all mental health referrals Above the threshold for NHS Talking TherapiesTrusted assessment - following triage, leading to self-help advice, signposting to Third/Voluntary sector, short term intervention from the PCMHT, direct referral into Enhanced or Dedicated MH teams without the need for further triage or repeated assessment.
