Working alongside the lead clinician and colleagues in the team.Main duties of the jobYou will provide:A local point of access for all mental health referrals Above the threshold for NHS Talking TherapiesTrusted assessment - following triage, leading to self-help advice, signposting to Third/Voluntary sector, short term intervention from the PCMHT, direct referral into Enhanced or Dedicated MH teams without the need for further triage or repeated assessment.
