Senior Building Surveyor

What you will be doingWe’re looking for an experienced “all rounder” Senior Building Surveyor to lead on the delivery of large condition surveys and lead and manage project work. Reporting into one of their Northern offices; Manchester, Liverpool or Leeds you will be tasked with managing team resource, carrying out professional service and project work for a diverse range of clients.Taking ownership across a diverse portfolio of commercial buildings — including offices, retail, and industrial assets — providing strategic advice and actionable insights that support asset performance, compliance, and investment planning.
