**Senior / Principal Building Control Surveyor**

**Location - Manchester**

**Salary - Up to £70,000 (DOE)**

**Our Role**

We are looking for a Senior / Principal Building Control Surveyor to join our Commercial team, to cover the Manchester area. We offer hybrid working for this position, giving you the option to work from home, our Wigan office or a combination of both.

**To be considered for this role you will ideally need the following**:

- BSR registration of Class 2 A - F as a minimum, for plan checking and site inspection
- Chartered Membership of CABE, RICS, CIOB or equivalent.
- Conversant with relevant legislation, technical guidance and the Construction Industry Council Code of Conduct
- Previous in-house or external building control experience
- Demonstrable building control case management, both domestic and commercial (portfolio of work)
- Ability to manage a caseload of regional building control works at different stages of build
- Current valid driving licence
