Were looking for a consultative seller who thrives on building long-term partnerships not just closing deals. Your mission will be to uncover how Cohere's platform solves critical business challenges—whether its enhancing customer experiences accelerating R&D or optimizing complex operations—while leveraging our secure scalable enterprise-ready solutions. Youll collaborate cross functionally to ensure seamless integration and measurable ROI positioning Cohere as a trusted AI partner for innovation.This is a highly autonomous role demanding ownership of multi-million-dollar territories. Youll navigate intricate decision-making processes educate C-suite stakeholders and position Cohere as a strategic AI partner. Your insights will directly shape our product evolution helping us prioritize features that drive enterprise adoption.As a Sr. Account Executive you will :Drive net-new customer acquisition via targeted outbound activity executive introductions and relationship building with key stakeholders across EMEABe a trusted advisor to customer prospects deeply understand their challenges & goals and tailor solutions to drive impact for their businessesLeverage senior-level relationships with executives to drive strategic partnerships and sales opportunitiesWork in close partnership with channel partners to find opportunities to scale outreach and customer satisfactionCollaborate with Coheres Product and Engineering teams on strategic motions to deliver solutions to large enterprise customersCollaborate with Sales Development Representatives and Marketing to drive top of funnel activityOwn the full sales cycle working in a team selling environment from initial outreach technical and business validation through deal closeYou may be a good fit If you have :7 years of B2B enterprise sales experience with Global 2000 and large enterprise customers along with experience negotiating & closing transformational 7-figure dealsA proven track record of high performance and exceeding quotasExperience building and maintaining senior-level relationships with executivesExperience selling complex enterprise level solutions technical products private deployments (AI / NLP solutions preferred)Experience working with channel partners to drive sales cycles and hit shared revenue goalsHigh tolerance for ambiguity - as an early sales team member youll have to be a doer and a strategistHighly organized - this is a high activity role involving multiple team members and you are responsible for keeping everyone on trackCreativity - deal structures can widely vary strong technical acumen and the ability to creatively structure mutually beneficial partnerships are necessaryExcellent communication skills - you are a great listener have a knack for understanding what matters most to other & building strong relationships experienced presenting to a C-suite audience and feel comfortable speaking to both technical and non-technical customer prospectsIf some of the above doesnt line up perfectly with your experience we still encourage you to applyWe value and celebrate diversity and strive to create an inclusive work environment for all.
