Not only for our customers but our employees too.If you’re looking for a place to make a real difference, read on.What You’ll Be DoingSupport the effective design and operation of Brit’s conduct risk management framework, ensuring that Brit Insurance effectively manages its conduct risk in respect of delegated business.Maintain, develop, and enhance procedures and systems related to the management of conduct risk and the Consumer Duty.Coordinate the conduct aspects of binder management with relevant parties, ensuring conduct risk assessments are undertaken on all new and renewing coverholders by underwriters.Manage the completion of annual product reviews and fair value assessments for new and existing products, maintaining Target Market and Fair Value Statements for issuance to our distributors.We Welcome Everyone WholeheartedlyWe’ve got a truly diverse, genuinely inclusive work environment.
