About The Role We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Physiotherapist to join our developing Band 6 rotational programme at the Western General Hospital (WGH). This rotation offers a unique opportunity to work across acute inpatient wards, front‑door assessment areas, and rehabilitation settings, providing a diverse and rewarding clinical experience. You will manage a varied and complex caseload, requiring strong clinical reasoning and advanced skills in prioritisation and discharge planning. Your experience across core Band 5 rotations will have equipped you with robust rehabilitation expertise and the ability to treat acutely unwell patients confidently. Key Responsibilities Deliver high‑quality physiotherapy across a range of specialties. Participate in respiratory weekend work, including on‑call duties. Support and lead Quality Improvement projects. Demonstrate excellence in leadership and teamwork. Contribute to service development and innovation.
