Assistant Manager £34,029 per year | 40 hours per week We’re looking for a confident, hands‑on Assistant Manager to join our team and help deliver exceptional service every day. If you’re passionate about people, thrive in a fast‑paced environment and enjoy leading by example, we’d love to hear from you What you’ll be doing: Supporting the Manager with day‑to‑day operations to ensure smooth service and high standards Leading, coaching, and motivating the team to deliver an outstanding customer experience Ensuring all compliance, health & safety and operational procedures are followed Managing stock, ordering and deliveries to maintain excellent availability Building strong relationships with customers, clients and colleagues What we’re looking for: A positive, proactive leader with experience in hospitality and management roles.
