Assistant Project Manager

Slough - Hybrid

£32,000 - £36,000

This is an exciting opportunity to join a start-up company who are experiencing rapid expansion within the IT and Tech sector. They are gaining rapid momentum in securing new clients and they are now looking for an experienced Assistant Project Manager tosupport the Head of the Projects division with the planning, managing, delivering and closing the onboarding of new customers as wells as assisting in the development of existing customers and providing technical support to Account Management and Service teams.

Key duties include:

- Assist in the development and delivery of a successful and structured plan to onboard new customers to the business under the direction of the Onboarding Manager.
- Engage and communicate with all stakeholders, internally and externally, through the life cycle of the plan, this will include; regular client meetings and regular status updates.
- Document and formalise all onboarding processes and develop standard operating procedures.
- Maintain a positive business relationship with all supply partners to ensure they are correctly onboarded.
- Ensure that scheduling, implementation, integration, testing, training and documentation meet the customer needs.
- Create and execute project plans and revise as appropriate
- Produce and maintain a high standard of all required project documentation) Project Plans, reports, Gannt Charts, risk matrixes).
- Ensure that client expectations are met, coordinating resolutions of any escalation of service issues and system service failures.

To be successful in this position you will ideally have experience working within Agile Project Management as well as Monday project management system. However, these are not essential. You will have previous experience working within a similar position.
