Experience leading large multi‑pillar programs, including Finance and HCM, in a solution lead capacity. Experience designing Data Migration, Integration, and Reporting solutions using Oracle tools such as OIC and OAC. Experience implementing Oracle eBS Finance applications. Proven ability to drive teams to meet challenging goals. Skills and Qualifications Ability to clearly articulate solutions and provide leadership in challenging situations. Strong leadership skills with the ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams. Commercial awareness and understanding of business cases. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem‑solving and strategic thinking skills. Ability to manage multiple assignments and balance competing priorities. Oracle Cloud certification in Financials or ERP is a plus; multiple certifications expected in future. Accountancy qualifications are a plus. Why Version 1?
