At the University of Plymouth, we offer excellent career development and progression, underpinned by a strong commitment to putting students at the heart of everything we do. About the role Over the past six years, Student Services has transformed how we deliver support and advice. At the centre of this transformation is the Student Hub — a warm, welcoming first point of contact for a wide range of enquiries, including finance, international student support, wellbeing, disability support, student conduct, and learning development. Through the Hub, we streamline access to support, giving students clear, timely advice in one place. Whether online or on campus, students can easily find the information they need, when they need it, across multiple areas of University life. There are 2 positions available Position 1 : This is a full‑time position working 37 hours per week on a permanent basis. Above all, we are seeking someone who can help us deliver a student‑focused, friendly and efficient service. This is a varied role where no two days are the same.
