Great benefits and hybrid working available. We have an exciting opportunity for a Resourcing Business Partner (Grade 11) to join our (internal) ResourcingTeam on a permanent bases. Team Overview The HR team is responsible for providing an efficient and effective customer-focused HR service that supports all aspects of a colleague’s relationship and engagement with Elexon, including recruitment, terms and conditions of employment, training and development activities, and ensuring compliance with employment legislation and company policies. Resource management sits within HR and is directly responsible for Elexon’s talent attraction strategy, end-to-end recruitment activity, contractor management, and sponsorship processes. Job Purpose Partnering with senior leaders within Elexon, the Resourcing Partner will support Elexon’s resourcing strategy as directed by the Head of Resourcing. The Resourcing Partner is responsible for structuring and delivering operational resourcing strategies across the organisation, which offer exceptional candidate and line management experience that provides results aligned with Elexon’s business objectives. Leading all recruitment activity, mid-level stakeholder management, candidate sourcing, networking, establishing pre-qualified talent pools of balanced representation, and delivering end-to-end recruitment assistance. Key Responsibilities Act as a credible advisor and develop and execute recruitment solutions that address critical organisational and business continuity issues Partner with leaders in the business to build and deliver a recruitment plan that provides results aligning with Elexon’s business objectives whilst ensuring an exceptional employee and candidate experience evidenced by industry-leading levels of engagement Build authentic organisational relationships that foster trust and enable a collaborative partnership with stakeholders and colleagues Partner with stakeholders to ensure appropriate organisation recruitment effectiveness and work closely with the Human Resourcing and Finance Business Partners to develop and deliver hiring plans whilst ensuring exceptional candidate experience and development of the employer brand Coach and educate People Managers on recruitment-related issues, driving a high-performance culture where they aspire to hire and retain the top talent in the industry Bring new ideas to the table to evolve talent attraction policies and processes, introduce automation, gain buy-in, create alignment to bring them to fruition, and execute against them Play a lead role in driving successful inclusion and diversity initiatives to achieve Elexon’s objectives and continually develop an inclusive culture Maintain Elexon’s Applicant Tracking System, careers website, and associated recruitment platforms Measure recruitment objectives, encompassing time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire metrics Regularly assess and report on recruitment performance against these metrics to ensure alignment with organisational goals Actively collaborate with other HR departments, including employee engagement, learning and development, and compensation and benefits Capabilities and competencies Critical: Have extensive business partnering (candidate generation & stakeholder management) experience within a fast-paced environment Exceptional BOOLEAN recruitment search and candidate networking abilities Excellent organisation, planning and prioritisation skills A keen eye for attention to detail and an excellent standard of written English Experience in delivering continuous, successful recruitment campaigns and improvement to processes to achieve better outcomes for the business and recruitment managers Strong influencing and negotiating skills Have extensive in technology-centric environments Have industry related recruitment experience Elexon career path / Potential next role(s) Head of Resourcing 28 days annual holiday + Bank Holidays Discretionary annual incentive scheme Life assurance Pension Private medical (Bupa) Benefits Hybrid working – 2 days per week at our London office Employee Assistance Programme Eye care voucher scheme Subsidised gym membership Cycle to Work Scheme Buying & selling holiday scheme Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) days Season ticket loan We believe a diverse and inclusive culture allows innovation and creativity to flourish.
