What You Will Be Doing You will agree delivery plans to support business goals, leading your team(s) and overseeing performance within targets. Being the supplier and advisor. Having portfolio oversight and providing the governance framework to your team for reporting. Working very closely with your 3rd‑party ecosystem ensuring best value spend and value. Actively playing a role in developing and executing the D&I T strategy. Preferred Requirements A technical background in the Engineering domain, with an end‑to‑end understanding of how the business works and how Engineering fits within process flows, and familiarity with Enterprise Applications. Accomplished leader with a track record of complex delivery in a fluid, dynamic environment; commercially aware and able to think broadly. Skilled in driving delivery in a project / program‑based role; a problem solver, independent, self‑reliant and capable of making decisions. Recognises the power of collaboration and excels at forging relationships with peers, key stakeholders and the 3rd‑party ecosystem. Performance‑focused and always striving to do better. Strong character with credibility, gravitas and willingness to lead a room, be accountable and drive for progress. Demonstrable knowledge and experience of the Engineering domain with end‑to‑end understanding of business and capability requirements. In‑depth understanding of the Enterprise technology landscape and priorities of the Engineering domain. Ability to “join the dots” across the D&I T collective portfolio; recognise dependencies, impact and consequences of plans and resolve with the team. Proven people leader and builder of high‑performing teams. Excellent communicator at all levels of the business; able to convert ideas into a structured narrative for building a plan. Influential with a strong character to advocate a position, defend it and persuade others where appropriate; recognising when to concede if it is the right thing to do. Proven record of portfolio delivery with an expert understanding of project and program delivery tools, techniques and governance processes.
