What you will do Deliver high-quality therapy to individuals with stroke and acute neurological conditions, helping them to regain vital life skills. Conduct assessments to determine patient needs and create tailored rehabilitation plans. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care. Educate patients and families on rehabilitation procedures and home exercises to ensure continued progress. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in alignment with professional and regulatory standards. Requirements Must be HCPC registered. Previous experience in stroke and acute neuro is essential. Driving licence preferred for ease of patient visits and community work.
