Overview & Responsibilities We have an exciting opportunity for experienced theatre practitioners to join our friendly, professional, experienced teams working across our new dental procedure rooms, adult and Paediatric operating theatres. We are hoping to recruit a dynamic, innovative, committed and highly skilled individuals to assist in the leadership our team. The post holder will be responsible for the effective and efficient operational supervision of the department, including a budgetary awareness, clinical governance, staff development and training. The post holder will be expected to provide professional leadership within the clinical area and provide direction and inspirational leadership to all members of the multi-disciplinary team within the area for which they are accountable for. The post holder will be involved in the development of protocols / guidelines and patient information. Qualifications & Experience You will need a demonstrable commitment to your own professional development and experience of running theatre lists in a busy theatre environment. Previous experience of supervising and leading a team is desirable. You will be committed to developing professional competence and helping to build skills portfolios through experiential learning and education to maximise career prospects of each team member.
