What You’ll Do As a Senior Scrub Theatre Practitioner, you’ll be at the heart of a specialist surgical team delivering exceptional care to women and children. You’ll work across our advanced theatre suites, supporting procedures in obstetrics, gynaecology, general surgery, and paediatrics — with opportunities to expand into cardiac and other specialties. This is a hands‑on, fast‑paced role where your clinical expertise and leadership will make a real impact. You’ll mentor junior staff, uphold the highest standards of safety and care, and contribute to a culture of excellence and innovation. You’ll collaborate with some of the UK’s leading consultants in a setting that blends cutting‑edge technology with compassionate, patient‑centred care. What You’ll Bring HCPC or NMC registration Postgraduate experience in theatres Scrub experience across a range of specialties General surgery theatre experience Cardiac theatre experience is desirable — full training will be provided Paediatric theatre experience is a plus — training opportunities available A collaborative mindset and strong leadership potential Why Join Us?
