Key Responsibilities Oversee the running of the hotel from sunset to sunrise as Night Supervisor. Manage guest expectations and ensure brand standards are maintained. Maintain security of the hotel, perform regular night‑time walks, and act as fire warden. Assist other departments to provide excellent service. Receive and process cash and credit card transactions, reconcile F&B and reception tills. Run nightly reports from hotel software and complete management reports. Act as Duty Manager in the absence of the Night Manager. Front‑office duties: welcome guests, check‑in/check‑out, answer telephone, upsell services, resolve issues. Food & Beverage duties: set up breakfast, serve food and beverages, maintain equipment cleanliness, comply with service sequence. Clean and set up conference/meeting rooms, public areas, and facilitate housekeeping tasks when required. Perform minor maintenance tasks and receive goods per procedure. Qualifications & Experience Basic IT proficiency. Clear understanding of English. At least 6 months experience in Front Office or as a Night Porter.
