Camden Town, United Kingdom Antare Technology Full time

Performance Marketing Manager (Growth & Analytics Focus) -London About Antare Do you want to join the (very) early stages of a technology company that’s got huge ambition and vision, as well as the backing to make it happen? At Antare, we’re utilising our industry knowledge to create innovative products that we believe will disrupt the market. This is a complete greenfield opportunity to be part of a product roadmap from day one, the rest remains in stealth. The team founded Antare in 2024 comprising product designers and engineers - some of whom have worked together for over 15 years. Together, the companies we have built have been collectively acquired for billions of dollars: we have a genuine level of success under our belts that you could help to contribute to. Today, we’re a small, hands‑on team spanning product design, finance, hardware, and software engineering. What we can offer you This is a rare chance to join a startup at the very beginning - We’re ready to scale our top‑of‑funnel engine, and we need a hands‑on growth marketer who can design, run, and measure digital campaigns with precision. This role is about building a growth machine where every pound spent is tracked, tested, and optimised. Role Overview As the first growth hire and a hands‑on performance marketing manager, you’ll define and own the marketing engine that brings in our very first customers. This isn’t about following a playbook; It’s about creating one. You’ll work directly with the product manager (founder) and our UX designer as a tight, cross‑functional team, building a measurable, repeatable growth system from scratch. You’ll have real autonomy over campaign design, channel strategy, spend allocation, and funnel optimisation, while also being accountable for the metrics that matter most - CAC, CTR, ROAS, and conversion. If you love the idea of running experiments, scaling what works, and proving impact with data, this role gives you the freedom and ownership to make it happen. Responsibilities Define and own the growth engine: Design the system that takes ad spend and turns it into customers Run paid campaigns across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn - from creative to targeting to optimisation Build and test conversion funnels: ads → landing pages → console signups → conversions Set up and manage tracking/attribution (Meta Pixel, GA4, Segment, UTMs) to ensure every pound of spend is measurable Report on and improve key metrics: CAC, CTR, ROAS, conversion rates Collaborate with product (founder) and UX designer as a tight team, iterating fast on creative and messaging Experiment relentlessly: test creatives, offers, and channels, double down on what works, kill what doesn’t Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement What we’re looking for A solid foundation in performance marketing / growth Fluent in Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, GA4, UTM tracking Strong analytical mindset: you track everything, and you know how to measure it Hands‑on, scrappy: you can build campaigns, run tests, and analyse results yourself Comfortable presenting clear dashboards/metrics to leadership Bonus: experience integrating spend data with CRM tools (HubSpot/Salesforce/Apollo) Show us campaigns you’ve run and the numbers behind them - We want to see how you measure success. We believe that diverse perspectives make better products, and we strongly encourage people from underrepresented backgrounds in tech to apply. If you’re unsure whether you meet every requirement, please still reach out - we’d love to hear from you. Why Antare Join Antare in London and contribute to a team that’s creating the next generation of innovative products. We offer a competitive salary, equity options, and healthcare, along with the opportunity to build a product that makes a real impact. While we offer some flexibility, we’re primarily an in‑person team (4-5 days per week) - at this stage of the company, we’ve found that collaboration and ideation happen faster and more naturally when we’re in the same room. #J-18808-Ljbffr
