In this key role, you will lead a team of three to deliver exceptional front-of-house service while looking after 120+ boarders and supporting sports fixtures over the weekend. You will be responsible for motivating your team, ensuring high standards of service, and driving operations forward to create a seamless and welcoming dining experience. Responsibilities Leading and motivating a team of three to deliver high-quality service Overseeing front-of-house operations to ensure smooth service flow Providing a welcoming and professional experience for 120+ boarders and guests Supporting sports fixture catering, ensuring timely and efficient service Ensuring hygiene and safety standards are upheld at all times Handling customer queries and fostering a positive dining environment Communicating effectively with the kitchen team to maintain seamless operations Qualifications Previous experience in hospitality, catering, or front-of-house supervision Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate (or willingness to obtain) Health & Safety awareness, including COSHH and HACCP knowledge (desirable) Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent customer service and communication abilities Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and drive operations forward Additional Information Holroyd Howe is one of the UK’s leading contract caterers, providing fresh innovative food services solely to independent schools and colleges.
