Your role will be pivotal in delivering outstanding guest experiences, ensuring smooth operations, and maintaining high standards in hospitality and events.What We’re Looking ForA team player with a valid driver’s license and excellent customer service skills.Flexibility to work 8-hour shifts, including nights and weekends, on a 5 out of 7 day schedule.Why Join UsBe part of a prestigious event calendar at New Hall School, a Catholic independent boarding and day school for girls and boys aged 1-19 in Essex, England.Work with Holroyd Howe, a company proud to provide high-end hospitality and catering services.Job DescriptionHolroyd Howe is seeking a passionate and dedicated Hospitality Team Leader to join our dynamic hospitality and events team, ensuring the delivery of exceptional food and beverage operations.Job Type: Full Time – 8 HoursHourly Rate: £12.60 per hour (starting rate)ResponsibilitiesPlan, organise and deliver successful operations for all meetings.Liaise with the kitchen and school events team to ensure food and service provision aligns with Holroyd Howe standards.Adhere to all legislative and government guidelines, including The Food Safety Act, Health and Safety at Work Act, and COSHH regulations.Handle customer complaints effectively and courteously, referring to the line manager when necessary.Conduct regular checks on business operations, equipment, training academy, maintenance, housekeeping, and other health and safety issues.Ensure compliance with in-house accounting policies and monitor food and beverage control, including performing stock takes and ordering.QualificationsExcellent food & beverage knowledgeExperience in meetings, events and hospitality – desirable but not essentialLead by example, always acting in a professional mannerExcellent communication skillsTakes the initiativeExcellent time managementSupportive / Team playerStrong presentation skillsExcellent customer service skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
