Level 3 Teaching Assistant - Croydon Pay: 90 - 115 per day (PAYE) Hours: Full-time, 5 days per week Contract: Term time only We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join a supportive and vibrant primary school in Croydon. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about helping children thrive in their learning and development. About the Role As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with class teachers to support the learning and wellbeing of pupils across the school. You will assist in delivering engaging lessons, provide one-to-one and small group support, and help create a positive and inclusive learning environment. Key Responsibilities Support teaching and learning under the direction of the class teacher Deliver targeted interventions and support pupils with additional needs Help to prepare classroom resources and maintain a stimulating learning space Encourage pupil participation, independence, and confidence Build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents About You Hold a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent) Have experience working in a primary school setting Be patient, proactive, and passionate about education Have strong communication and teamwork skillsDemonstrate a commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil welfare This is a great opportunity to join a welcoming school community that values every child's potential and supports staff development.
