Infrastructure/Cloud Support Engineer Apprentice Are you passionate about cloud technology and eager to support the future of IT infrastructure? Join our Infrastructure/Cloud Support Engineer Apprenticeship Programme and gain hands‑on experience supporting and developing services within our Microsoft Azure platform. You’ll work with experienced engineers and teams across the business to help build, maintain, and optimise cloud‑based solutions that power our operations. What you’ll be doing Supporting the build and maintenance of cloud infrastructure using Microsoft Azure Assisting with the implementation of IaaS and PaaS services Learning to automate resource deployment, cost management, and security baselines Managing DevOps repositories and infrastructure‑as‑code Monitoring cloud performance and reporting on usage, access, and optimisation opportunities Collaborating with Infrastructure Operations, Product Managers, and Developers Helping to resolve technical queries and support cloud‑based projects Contributing to the development of our cloud‑first strategy What’s in it for you Study for a Level 4 industry‑recognised Apprenticeship Receive support from a dedicated work‑based mentor Starting salary of £18,500 with opportunities to grow 23 days holiday + bank holidays (increasing annually) Access to discounts on retail, travel, leisure and more Membership to our pension scheme with up to 14% employer contribution What we’re looking for GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English (Grade 4‑9 / A*-C) Plus one of the following Two A Levels (A*-C), ideally including a STEM subject BTEC Level 3 National Certificate in IT or a related subject (Merit or Distinction) ONC or equivalent in Computing or Infrastructure‑related discipline We’re also looking for A keen interest in cloud computing and IT infrastructure Strong problem‑solving and communication skills A proactive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced technical environment Ready to support the future of cloud technology?
