You create clear, well‑documented marketing plans and schedules that align with business goals and timelines. Your role includes delivering high‑quality, brand‑compliant content swiftly, improving search engine rankings, and boosting organic traffic to increase visibility and customer engagement.Principle AccountabilitiesContribute to the go‑to‑market strategy and lead the transformation into a content marketing strategy that aligns with commercial goalsEnsure customer, competitor and performance insights inform all content work, using keyword research and competitor analysisDrive reach and engagement through multimedia content that resonates with customers across their journeyApply inbound marketing techniques to optimize content for search, enhancing visibility and organic growthCollaborate closely with product marketing to craft powerful bottom‑of‑funnel and sales support materials such as persuasive case studies and dynamic presentationsMonitor, optimize and report on content marketing campaign performanceProduce high‑quality content and copy that drives resultsKey InterfacesDigital content production team to fulfil content plansDemand generation lead to translate go‑to‑market strategy into campaign and content strategyContent marketing managers in other campaigns for shared learnings and best practicesEditorial and research teams for theme and topic alignmentSales, product development and other commercial teams to bring Fastmarkets products and services to marketCross‑functional marketing and business colleagues to achieve commercial goalsQualificationsKnowledge, Experience and SkillsBachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related field (Chartered Institute of Marketing qualification or equivalent is advantageous)Content marketing experience, preferably in B2B, with preference for commodity markets such as metals, agriculture and forest productsStrong writer and editor, able to produce clear, concise, compelling copy for multiple channels and formatsData‑driven decision‑making skills, using performance metrics to optimize content and engagementProficiency with digital marketing tools and research techniques to address customer pain pointsFluency in marketing metrics, able to set goals, plan, report and optimise content marketing campaignsOur ValuesMETRICS DRIVEN.
