Tools: Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and research platforms such as Dovetail. Skills: Exceptional communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities. Strong ability to articulate design decisions to diverse audiences. Bonus points: Experience with 3D design tools (e.g., Blender, Houdini, Unity3D), AI/ML-driven applications, or designing for expert users like Mechanical Engineers or Data Scientists.
