Our Field teams are critical in the delivery of our contracts, whether that is delivering or supervising maintenance, installation, cabling or civils works. Help build and keep the nation's critical infrastructure connected and protected 24 / 7.Reporting to the Maintenance Manager this is a great opportunity to be part of a successful and performing maintenance team, maintaining the Traffic Signals, across London. Carrying out both reactive and planned maintenance on traffic signals. Join our expert maintenance team where your electrical skills and fault-finding talent make a real impact. This role will is to work within a 24 / 7 365 environment and will have 12 hour shifts, based on 4 on and 4 off, days and nightsWhat you’ll do :Perform planned and reactive maintenance of traffic signalsAttend faults on site as required by the contractInterrogate equipment controllers of all types and carry out fault analysisComplete daily work sheetsCarry out periodic inspections in line with the contractCarry out risk assessments and method statementsProduction of completed test resultsTraffic Signals Maintenance Engineer Who you are :If you have experience in the Traffic Signal industry or come from an electrical background with knowledge of electricity and safe isolations, and you enjoy diagnosing and solving problems, then joining our successful maintenance team could be the perfect next step in your career.Key Requirements :Previous experience of Traffic Signals maintenance or similar industry expertise.Electrical isolationsAwareness of personal safety Measurement and Testing awarenessLogical, fault finding mindsetCompetence in site safetyFull UK Driving LicenceWhat we offer :A career at Telent can span many sectors, roles, technologies and clients giving you the opportunity to develop, learn new skills and make an impact.
