About The Role As Senior Store Design Manager for Charlotte Tilbury Travel Retail, you will lead the Store Design team to deliver permanent counter builds across all TR UK & EMEA retailers, including design, technical approvals, budget management, implementation and post‑launch support. Responsibilities Ownership of end‑to‑end process for new door openings and refurbishments – allocate projects, communicate launch dates, and ensure deadlines are met. Manage the entire process from design and development to installation and payment, ensuring on‑time and within‑budget delivery. Apply technical design knowledge to achieve best‑in‑class execution and durability. Oversee all projects from kickoff through retailer approvals, supplier briefing, production, to in‑store implementation. Deliver installs that uplift the brand image and secure sign‑off from appropriate leadership teams. Maintain up‑to‑date working documents (standard detail, budget trackers, databases) and share information with stakeholders promptly. Build and maintain the CAPEX budget in partnership with the Head of SD + VM; raise and review purchase orders, track spend, and identify savings. Ensure transparency on deadlines and budgets internally and develop close relationships with external partners and suppliers. Manage and mentor 2 direct reports, fostering their development and achieving annual objectives. Who You Will Work With This role reports to the Head of SD + VM and collaborates closely with the TR VM team, TR Commercial & Retail, Global Store Design, Global Procurement, Legal & Tax, and Finance. About You Strong project management and multitasking skills. Commercial awareness and numerical proficiency. Attention to detail, creative eye, and high organisational ability. Proficiency in technical design software (Vectorworks & SketchUp). Experience working under pressure and autonomously. Flexible and agile mindset. Budget management experience. Extensive retail design experience in cosmetics and/or Travel Retail preferred.
