Then this could be the role for you we are currently looking for Customer Service Advisors in York Job Description As a Customer Service Advisor you will be working with customers to handle their enquiries in relation to their insurance services. You will be handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls supporting customers who to make a claim on their policy providing guidance and support and ensuring the highest level of customer experience at all times. The role will be dealing with a wide range of queries you will be using your excellent problem solving skills to come to a quick resolution for the customer.
