What you'll do Be a role model for young people, supporting them through life's challenges. Lead and support a team of care staff, keeping the home positive, safe, and inspiring. Create fun, meaningful routines and activities that help young people grow. Make sure care plans are followed so every child gets the right support. Take the lead on shift including sleep-in shifts making sure everything runs smoothly. What we're looking for A natural leader who's friendly, positive, and calm under pressure. Experience in residential childcare (or similar) with at least 12 months in a supervisory role. Someone who can communicate, motivate, and inspire others. A full UK driving licence (essential).
