What We're Looking For Current NMC registration as a Registered General Nurse (RGN) or Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN). Strong clinical skills and confidence in delivering high‑quality nursing care. Experience in a nursing home or care home setting (desirable). Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Use your clinical expertise to assess plan, implement and evaluate care for residents. Administer medications safely and accurately, monitoring for side effects and effectiveness. Respond to medical needs and emergencies during day shifts ensuring safety and dignity. Lead support and guide care staff fostering teamwork and professional development. Maintain accurate up‑to‑date documentation in line with regulatory standards. Promote a safe inclusive and supportive environment for residents and colleagues.
