NCFE Tyne And Wear, United Kingdom Overview Examiner - Digital Support Services is a flexible worker contract role with NCFE. Location: Remote. The role involves marking external assessments for the T Level Technical Qualification in Digital Support Services, from 1 May to 20 August 2026, and participating in standardisation and related activities as required. Responsibilities Follow and maintain the standard set by the Chief Examiner, applying the mark scheme consistently and accurately. Report suspected malpractice or safeguarding concerns to the Assessment Delivery team. Attend examiner standardisation and other meetings as required; standardisation events are scheduled remotely on weekdays between 9.00am and 5.00pm before the marking window. Maintain the confidentiality of NCFE assessment materials, learner evidence and learner details, and report any breaches to the Assessment Delivery team. Qualifications A professional qualification (Level 4 or above) relating to the digital sector. Current or recent teaching experience at Level 3 or higher in a digital support related subject (e.g., IT support, networking, cybersecurity). Understanding of effective quality assurance mechanisms. Ability to work consistently within tight deadlines.
