As a Weekend Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing operations, managing staff, and ensuring excellent customer service during weekend hours.Lead and motivate weekend staff to maintain high performance standards and achieve team goalsOversee daily operations, including staff scheduling, task delegation, and workflow managementResolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionallyEnsure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulationsMonitor and maintain inventory levelsPrepare and submit reports on weekend operations, sales, and any incidentsTrain and mentor new team membersCollaborate with weekday management to ensure seamless operations throughout the weekImplement and support company initiatives and promotional activitiesQualificationsProven experience in a supervisory role, preferably in retail, hospitality, or service industry (1-2 years preferred)Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a teamExcellent customer service and interpersonal skillsDemonstrated problem-solving abilities and decision-making skillsProficient in time management and multitaskingStrong verbal and written communication skillsBasic computer proficiency, including experience with scheduling software and reporting toolsHigh school diploma or equivalent (required); Bachelor’s degree (preferred)Ability to work weekends consistentlyFamiliarity with the Reading area is a plusAdditional InformationHolroyd Howe is one of the UK’s leading contract caterers, providing fresh innovative food services solely to independent schools and colleges.
