You must be highly experienced, organised and detail oriented.To be consideredA minimum of 2/3+ years previous experience managing an Amazon account, ideally within a 1P Vendor Central environment. High proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets and you must have a minimum of 3 years’ UK based work experience in a similar role.Preferred Skills2/3+ years previous experience managing an Amazon account, ideally within a 1P Vendor Central environmentStrong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable recommendations. High proficiency in Excel or Google SheetsExcellent communicator with strong attention to detail and the ability to collaborate across teams and external stakeholdersHighly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environmentRoles and ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain the full product catalogue through Vendor Central, ensuring accurate content correct categorisation, and compliance with Amazon’s requirements.Optimise listings including titles, bullet points, descriptions, keywords, and imagery for both new and existing products to improve discoverability and conversion rates.Work closely with Customer Operations to ensure smooth order flow, assisting with operational issues if required.Lead the strategy, development, and ongoing optimisation of the Brand Store, delivering cohesive seasonal updates and ensuring consistent brand presentation.Monitor sales, stock levels, availability, and overall account health. Identify issues or blockers and collaborate with both internal and external teams to resolve them promptly.Partner with the Advertising Agency to develop and implement advertising campaigns and track performance, ensuring activity is aligned with Brand goals.Produce weekly performance reports highlighting key metrics.
