Information about the position We are looking for a Program Manager to join Vinted Go and drive the initiatives improving the performance of our point network. We are looking for a data‑driven individual who loves solving complex problems and collaborating with stakeholders in fixing them. In this role, you will analyze data to develop and execute strategies that improves the performance of Vinted Go carrier points, ensuring we scale the best performing network across the globe. In this position, you’ll Drive performance improvement programs, collaborating with multiple internal and external stakeholders, including Product, Engineering, Data Science, Customer Support, and other teams. Drive the implementation and execution of scalable performance monitoring solutions for Vinted Go carrier points network. Lead and support the execution of network performance projects to enhance reliability and cost‑efficiency. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support and enhance our operational capabilities. Contribute to achieving cost, efficiency, and sustainability targets with the identified projects. Assist in clarifying ambiguous subject matters and developing a roadmap for project development and stakeholder support. Help discover and implement new and innovative solutions aligned with the strategic direction and future operating model. About you Proven experience working in consulting, project management, operations, logistics, supply chain, or similar fast‑paced operational environment. Proven track record in managing complex projects and driving strategic initiatives. Strong analytical and decision‑making skills. Strong program management and stakeholder management skills. Have great analytical skills and are able to make data‑driven decisions. Comfortable with high levels of ambiguity, pragmatic decision making and able to learn and pivot quickly. Hold a bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field. Have excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken. A team player who is approachable and enjoys building good working relationships with stakeholder teams.
