About the RoleThe apprenticeship lasts four years, providing a structured learning and development journey.Years 1 & 2• Master the art of auditing: prepare meticulous audit documents using the latest software and methodologies. • Deep understanding of financial statements (balance sheets, income statements, cash flows).• Work side by side with clients, immersing in diverse businesses and understanding their unique circumstances. • Build relationships with key stakeholders both within clients and across internal service lines. Years 3 & 4• Take on increasingly complex audit work, including revenue recognition, valuation, and risk assessments. • Lead audit engagements and mentor junior team members. • Transition to a permanent employee role with ongoing career development.
