Global Payroll Specialist 📍 London 💼 Permanent - Full-Time or Part-Time 💰 £45,000-£60,000 🏢 Hybrid: Minimum 3 Days in Office Be part of a high-performing finance function within a leading global investor. This role sits at the heart of a growing international business — perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic, multi-jurisdictional environment. ✨ Key Responsibilities Oversee payroll delivery across UK and multiple international locations, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Act as the primary contact for the outsourced payroll provider, managing performance, queries, SLAs and escalations. Ensure strong governance, robust controls and alignment with internal policies. Support reporting and audit processes, ensuring data accuracy and high-quality documentation. Partner closely with HR, Finance and stakeholders across regions to ensure smooth payroll operations. Monitor legislative changes and drive process improvements with the vendor. 🌟 Ideal Candidate Profile Strong experience in payroll, ideally including international and outsourced payroll models. Confident communicator with excellent stakeholder and vendor management skills. Strong numeracy and advanced Excel capability. Knowledge of compliance, governance and payroll controls.
