Weekend Shift Maintenance Technician

As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the ongoing operational efficiency and reliability of our plant and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct regular maintenance, inspections and repairs on advanced automated plant and equipment.

* Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic issues to determine appropriate solutions, which will extend to supporting Plc Controls and / or Robots.

* Collaborate with other shift team members to address urgent maintenance requirements and minimise downtime.

* Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work done, parts used, and time spent.

* Adhere to safety protocols and company standards at all times.

Requirements of a Maintenance Technician:

* Electrical qualifications to City & Guilds Level 3 or NVQ Level 3 standard.

* Completion of a recognised apprenticeship programme.

* Proven experience in undertaking planned and reactive maintenance to plant and equipment within a manufacturing or production environment that has included Plc controls and robot technology.
