Are you an experienced procurement professional ready to make an impact in a fast-paced global organisation CMC Markets is seeking a Procurement Specialist to play a key role in driving operational excellence across our procurement function. In this pivotal position youll act as a trusted partner to the businessmanaging end-to-end procurement processes ensuring compliance and supporting departments to achieve the best commercial and operational outcomes. Youll bring structure insight and collaboration to every stage of the procurement journey. What youll be doing Providing proactive administrative and operational support to the Senior Procurement Manager. Reviewing negotiating and finalising supplier contracts in collaboration with Legal and other key stakeholders. Managing supplier onboarding and maintaining the supplier management framework ensuring appropriate segmentation and oversight. Supporting business areas with procurement activities including RFPs contract negotiations and supplier reviews. Partnering with stakeholders to identify cost optimisation opportunities and monitor spend. Guiding and supporting junior team members promoting best practice in procurement processes and compliance. Maintaining professional development to meet evolving regulatory and organisational requirements. What youll bring 5 years experience in procurement or supplier management. Strong analytical negotiation and communication skills. Excellent organisation and multitasking ability with meticulous attention to detail. Proficiency in MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint). Confidence working across all levels of the organisation. Desirable Experience in sustainable procurement practices. Strong understanding of IT procurement and engagement with technology vendors. Experience with Software Asset Management vendor risk assessment and due diligence. Proven expertise in contract and vendor management.
