This is a great role for someone with 3-5 years' + experience who wants ownership, exposure and the ability to grow. The Role In this position, you will: Deliver sourcing activity across marketing, brand and communications spend Manage a steady flow of projects within an approval threshold Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and timelines Support the negotiation and contracting process Manage supplier engagement and onboarding Ensure compliance with internal procurement standards Expand into wider talent-related categories over time Background we're looking for Experience running procurement/sourcing activity Exposure to marketing / sponsorship / advertising / brand categories (or strong interest + partial exposure) Comfortable managing multiple concurrent projects Strong commercial mindset with a practical approach Confident stakeholder communication Able to work independently and take initiative Broader category knowledge can be learned in-role.
