OverviewWe are working with a well-established London-based charity that supports thousands of people each year, and we are recruiting an ambitious Philanthropy Manager to join their fundraising team at a pivotal moment of growth. This is a fantastic opportunity to take a high-impact role in shaping and significantly expanding the charity's philanthropy programme, with a focus on major donors, individual giving, and legacies.Base pay rangeLocation: City of LondonContract Type: Permanent, Full-TimeWorking Pattern: HybridHours: 39 hours per weekThis range is provided by G-NIUS | Powered by Goodman Masson. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.Role overviewTake a lead role in shaping and growing our philanthropy programme with a particular focus on major donor relationships, five- and six-figure gifts, and legacy giving. Build, inspire, and personally steward a portfolio of high-value supporters and prospects. Work closely with the Head of Philanthropy to create tailored cultivation and stewardship plans and write compelling, high-quality proposals and reports. Develop and deliver individual-giving and legacy-marketing campaigns. Line-manage the Senior Supporter Care and Finance Coordinator. Manage complex, cross-team projects and collaborate with colleagues across the organisation.
