Are you an experienced fundraiser with a proven track record of securing major gifts and building lasting relationships with high-net-worth individuals? This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing fundraising team and play a pivotal role in shaping a high-value giving programme.
About the Role
As Philanthropy Manager, you will lead on cultivating and stewarding relationships with individuals capable of making significant contributions. You'll manage a portfolio of donors and prospects, developing tailored strategies to inspire and secure gifts at the five- and six-figure level. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on networking, influencing and creating compelling cases for support.
Key Responsibilities
Personally manage a portfolio of high-value donors and prospects.
Develop and deliver bespoke stewardship plans that deepen engagement and maximise impact.
Create and present persuasive fundraising proposals for 5- and 6-figure gifts.
Research and cultivate new relationships to grow the major donor pipeline.
Collaborate across teams to deliver exceptional donor experiences and events.About You
Demonstrable success in securing major gifts from individuals.
Skilled in networking and building strong, trust-based relationships with high-net-worth individuals.
Excellent communication and influencing skills, both written and verbal.
Creative, strategic thinker with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.What's on Offer
