The Exciting Role A highly motivated and dedicated Work Placement Co‑ordinator will join our part‑time, permanent Work Placement team. The role involves coordinating placements, liaising with college staff, students and external stakeholders, and ensuring placement activities align with college guidelines. Strong written and verbal communication, time‑management and administrative skills are essential, as is proficiency with a variety of IT systems. What You Will Be Doing Co‑ordinate work placement opportunities for learners across the College in conjunction with learners and tutors. Utilise a variety of systems to coordinate work placements across the wider team. Communicate with tutors and other curriculum staff about work placement processes, and assist them with any queries. Handle enquiries from employers, taking messages and following up as appropriate. Deal with confidential correspondence in a professional and discreet manner. What We Are Looking For 4 GCSEs or equivalent including Maths and English at Grade C/4 or above. GCE A Level or equivalent (desirable). Experience working with people of all ages, skills and abilities on a 1:1 basis and in a group setting. Experience in a dynamic role with excellent attention to detail.
