You will assist with personal care and daily living activities, encourage independence wherever possible, and help residents to take part in social and recreational activities that enrich their lives. Building meaningful relationships will be a key part of your day, ensuring each resident feels respected, valued, and cared for. You will also work closely with colleagues, families, and healthcare professionals to maintain the highest standards of care in line with our values and policies.About youYou might already be working in care, or you might be seeking a new career where you can take pride in making a difference every day. Experience is not essential — we provide full training for those new to care — but a caring nature, patience, and a genuine interest in the wellbeing of older people are essential.
