As an Optometrist, you will deliver high-quality clinical care while supporting a culture of professionalism, teamwork, and outstanding service. Responsibilities This role involves working as part of a supportive optical team, helping to deliver NHS and private services including the treatment and monitoring of minor eye conditions. A typical day will include performing eye examinations, screening patients, coaching colleagues, and maintaining the highest standards of clinical practice. You will be fully supported with structured professional development, access to continuing education and training, and dedicated time for further accreditations to help you meet the evolving needs of patients and progress your career in optics. About You You will be an experienced, people-focused Optometrist who is passionate about delivering excellent patient care and clinical outcomes. Working closely with an Optical Manager, you’ll contribute to a positive environment where patient experience and professional development go hand in hand. You’ll also play a key role in mentoring the wider optical team, helping to enhance services and ensuring that patients have access to the most up-to-date treatments and advice.
