Your Role Will Include:

Delivering 1:1 and small-group support tailored to individual pupils' IEPs and EHCP goals.

Encouraging children to develop confidence, communication skills and independence within a structured, positive environment.

Working closely with class teachers, the SENCO and external professionals to provide consistent, high-quality support.

Promoting positive behaviour, emotional wellbeing and engagement across the school day.

What We're Looking For:

A Level 2 SEN Teaching Assistant qualification (or higher).

Experience supporting children aged 4-11 with Autism and MLD in a school or similar setting.

A calm, adaptable and understanding approach to learning and behaviour.

Based in or near Rowley Regis.
