OverviewTalent Acquisition Specialist for HCA Healthcare UK – Highly Specialised Physiologist – Echocardiography and Non-Invasive CardiologyLondon, The Wellington Hospital. Full time, 37.5 hours per week. Salary: Competitive dependent upon experience.Duties & ResponsibilitiesPerform a range of standard and complex or advanced procedures as requested by the clinician in Echocardiography including Stress Echoes and Bubble studies and preferably one more field of Technical Cardiology e.g. Stress Tests and ambulatory monitoringAct autonomously to deliver appropriate and individualized patient care at all times e.g. Anticipating the need for further investigations on the basis of findings from an echocardiogram, stress test, interrogating complex diagnostic data from CRM devices, and carry out reprogramming to optimise pacing/therapeutic functions and clinical outcomeSupport and assist the Principal Cardiac Physiologist and Cardiology Manager in setting local technical standards in echocardiography and other non-invasive cardiac investigationsAssist in the day-to-day management of procedures in the cardiology department taking an active role in planning and organisation affecting service outcomes.
