Role: Support Worker Location: Mirfield, WF14 0DQ Salary: £12.31/hr Hours: 36hrs (3x12 hour shifts including alternate weekend working) Shift patterns: 7.5hrs to 12.5hrs, including weekends. Must be able to work from 7am to 9:30pm depending on rota. Day‑to‑day role Supporting with meals and drinks, and encouraging participation in cooking and baking. Helping with personal care, including bathing and showering. Engaging in meaningful activities both at home and out in the community – cinema, bowling, abseiling, etc. Building relationships with adults and their families to provide truly person‑centred, individualised care. Supporting adults to access our on‑site Hydrotherapy pool (no strong swimming required) and Rebound trampoline, guided by qualified Physiotherapists and Lifeguard trained staff.
