Graduate Recruitment Consultant Summer 2026Skills Alliance is hiring aspiring Recruitment Consultants for our Leeds office, starting Summer 2026 (June & August). We are looking for motivated, resilient and enthusiastic individuals to start a recruitment career in the Life Science, Industrials or Animal Nutrition markets.Salary: £25,500+ commission OTE up to £50,000 in first yearCommission: Up to 50% commission from day oneResponsibilitiesBusiness Development and building business relationshipsHeadhunting and identifying suitable candidatesNegotiating and handling objectionsQualifying candidates and building candidate networksArranging and preparing candidates for interviewsBecoming the expert in your marketWhat skills do you need?Experience within a sales, retail sales, sports, customer facing or hospitality environment is desirableAbility to listen, learn and apply new ideas quicklyPrevious sales experience would be highly advantageousAbility to achieve set targets and work to deadlinesEntrepreneurial, ambitious and enjoy a fast-paced, but challenging atmosphereWhat we offerHigh earning potential: £25,500 basic increasing with each promotionEarly finish on FridaysChristmas and Summer partiesLoads of social events such as monthly drinks and team nights out, five a side football etcStrong DE&I and ESG board with charity eventsCharity daysFlexi-time and hybrid working (2 days from home per week/3 days in office)Private health insurance or monthly wellness budget and a health & wellness programmeMental wellbeing day offTime off on your birthdayIncentives: quarterly lunch clubs and annual all-paid-for holiday incentivesCareer progression based on meritocracy; promotion to Consultant within 6 months and Senior Consultant often at 12 monthsUncapped commission: up to 50% with commission from day oneInternational office relocation support to other offices (New York, Leeds, Seattle, Frankfurt)To apply, please reach out at bec.barnes@skillsalliance.comLocationLeeds, England, United Kingdom #J-18808-Ljbffr
