This position is a **sales** and **business development role** which gives you the opportunity to be client facing in the global corporate world.

**What you will be doing as an Executive Search Consultant**:

- Essentially you will be managing your **own business within our business**, specialising in one of our many industries on a global basis.
- **Headhunting top industry talent **into high-level job openings internationally.
- This position is a **sales** and **business development** role; you will be working towards targets, have KPI’s and will be responsible for developing your own clients, from scratch. We need confident, resilient, hard-working, competitive and down-to-earth individuals who can add value to our business and clients
