OverviewWe are seeking aSenior Applications Engineer with deep expertise in containerized application development, deployment, and support. This role will focus on building and maintaining scalable, resilient, and secure application using KubernetesandDocker. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in infrastructure and networking, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues across the application stack. You will work closely with DevOps, SRE, and development teams to ensure seamless application delivery and performance in a private cloud environment. This role will also support key eDiscovery systems including Relativity, Nuix, Brainspace, LAW, and a growing list of internal applications all while interacting as part of a global team of engineers working both independently and collaboratively to maintain and troubleshoot Consilio’s systems.ResponsibilitiesDesign, deploy, and manage containerized applications usingKubernetesandDockerDevelop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for application deliveryMonitor and troubleshoot application and infrastructure issues across environmentsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high availability and performanceImplement best practices for container security, scalability, and observabilityParticipate in on-call rotations and incident response effortsDocument architecture, processes, and troubleshooting guidesOther ResponsibilitiesEnsure uptime, scalability, and performance of common 3rd party and internally developed eDiscovery applicationsParticipate in a variety of projects related to the maintenance of eDiscovery applicationsProvide timely responses and resolutions to requesters within defined departmental SLAsAssist with monthly application testing outside of normal work hoursParticipate in weekly code deployments for internal applicationsIdentify and analyze trends and create reports for management teamServe as an escalation point for our front-line IT & Application Support teamsAssist developers with query tuning and schema refinementProvide technical mentorship and guidance to team members on a regular basisQualificationsMinimum Experience RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Electronics, or another relevant field preferred5+ years’ experience working in a ticketing system or other defined ticketing workflow5+ years working with containerized apps and technologies like Kubernetes, Docker, etc5+ years working in a Linux environment5+ years working in a Windows environmentExperience and exposure with YAML configurationsOther Optional ExperienceExperience with technologies like Ansible, Jenkins, Harness, and other deployment technologies is a plusRelativity Certifications, specifically Relativity Certified Administrator (RCA) and Relativity Infrastructure SpecialistWorking knowledge of the EDRMMS SQL Server certifications and/or experience writing advanced T-SQL queriesBrainspace CertificationsPowershell with t-SQL a plusConsilio, LLC is an EEO/Affirmative Action Employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, protected veteran status, disability or any other legally protected status. #J-18808-Ljbffr
