CONSULTANT PHYSICIAN INFECTIOUS DISEASE MEDICINE 1 post Full-time - (10 PA, including up to 2 PA SPA) Salary Scale - £111,430 - £148,064 per annum (pro rata if part time) Looking for a new and exciting challenge? The successful candidate will have three main components to their job plan within infectious diseases: specialty ward duties, inpatient and outpatient specialty referrals and running the OPAT service. Candidates with CCT in general internal medicine will be expected to contribute to the general medical receiving rota as well. Candidates with CCT in microbiology or virology will have scope to develop the role in terms of liaison with the laboratory, with infection control and with public health.
