OverviewAn exciting opportunity has arisen to help lead our fantastic team within our Infectious Diseases and General Medical Ward A31 at Forth Valley Royal Hospital. We are looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic, caring and hard-working Registered Nurse to become the Deputy Charge Nurse and be part of a multidisciplinary team. A high level of interpersonal, communication and organisational skills are essential to support the Senior Charge Nurse in leading the team in delivering effective person centred care. You must have demonstrable evidence of your professional development and be able to provide positive examples.The candidate must have experience and understanding of clinical standards, patient safety, staff management and care delivery within the Infectious Diseases specialty.Your must demonstrate that you are able to provide clinical leadership and expert advice to the Nursing team, through support, development, supervision and education.
